Justice-involved programs are generally administered locally by community agencies. American Job Center staff will know about these programs. Anyone seeking information and resources should ask the local American Job Center staff about job search assistance, federal bonding, employer tax incentives, education and training. The AJC staff may also have information about community, state, and private programs to help justice-involved individuals.

The following Bloomberg BNA story focuses on employer willingness to hire people with criminal records. Currently, we are developing a series of factsheets that highlight improving employment outcomes. These were conceptualized based on a need identified from the public/private dialogues we've been supporting across the country. Each factsheet provides a brief overview of the policy, as well as the impact and implementation considerations.
