Unemployment Insurance Programs: ETA Advises State Workforce Agencies on the Application of Sequestration

The Employment and Training Administration has issued Unemployment Insurance Program Letter (UIPL) 13-13.

This UIPL advises State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) of the manner in which the Department of Labor plans to apply sequestration to Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs for fiscal year (FY) 2013, so the SWAs can make the necessary operational changes.
