The chart shows Entered Employment Rate (EER) for WIA Adult & Dislocated Worker Program exiters. The exiter population is broken down first by race and then by those with training and no training. White, Hispanic, and Black exiters with training have the highest EER - 74.4%, 74.0%, and 68.4% respectively. Then follow Asian - 67.0%, Hawaiian - 59.8%, and Native American - 59.8%. The gap between exiters with training and those with no training is the greatest for Asian exiters - 23.3% (43.7% have no training), then Hispanic - 22.7% (51.3%), White - 21.9% (52.5%), Black - 18.1% (50.3%), Native American - 12.8% (47.0%), and Hawaiian - 9.5% (50.3%).
