Announcement - 2012 ETA Research Papers Program Competition

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is pleased to announce the competition of the 2012 ETA Research Papers Program and invites Doctoral students to apply. ETA anticipates awarding funding on a competitive basis for evidence-based research papers which will be given eight months to produce. Winning proposals will be ETA policy relevant and address topics on employment and training issues while exhibiting thematic creativity, well-thought out designs, and valid and appropriate methods. Applicants must fill out an application package, which includes their proposal, application form, advisor form, and other forms.
